CCR Intern - Commentary Operations

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid summer internship for the 2026 season. You will work on-site at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, supporting the Commentary Operations team throughout June and July 2026. On-site training and onboarding will be provided.

What you'll do#

• Assist the Commentary team with the setup and general needs of commentary positions.
• Install technical and non-technical equipment at commentary positions and in the Media Tribune.
• Perform the first quality check of all commentary feeds within the Commentary Control Room.
• Test commentary units before matches and assist commentators with adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Support the Commentary Manager in the Commentary Control Units to ensure all feeds are transmitted to the correct broadcasters.

What you'll need#

• Current studies in Electrical Engineering, Audio-Visual Studies, Communications, or Media Studies.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent observation skills and the ability to maintain a high level of concentration in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of TV production or broadcast operations is considered an asset.
