About the role#
We are looking for a curious and creative intern to join our Community team. This role is designed for someone who is naturally active in online gaming spaces, whether through creating content on TikTok, participating in Discord servers, or following multiplayer gaming news. You will support player engagement, social media initiatives, and creator programs while gaining hands-on experience in the development of a AAA live-service game.
What you'll do#
- Engage with players daily on Discord and other community platforms to answer questions and foster an inclusive environment.
- Contribute to short-form content creation for social media channels including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
- Analyze player feedback and community sentiment to provide actionable insights for development teams.
- Collaborate with Community, Marketing, and Player Experience teams to support live operations.
- Gain practical experience using industry-standard community management and social media tools.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Active participation in online communities such as Discord, Reddit, or Twitch.
- Knowledge of social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
- Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Curiosity and the initiative to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
