About the role#
Haven Studios is seeking a curious and creative intern to join our Community team for the Fall 2026 term. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about multiplayer games and understands the communities that form around them. You will work alongside our team to engage with players, support social initiatives, and gain firsthand experience in community management for an AAA live service game.
What you'll do#
- Engage daily with players across Discord and other community platforms to foster a welcoming environment.
- Monitor player conversations and sentiment to capture feedback and summarize actionable insights for development teams.
- Support the creation of short-form social content for platforms including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and X.
- Collaborate with the Community Content Manager to plan and publish community communications.
- Assist with basic video editing, image creation, and the production of social assets.
- Partner with Community, Marketing, and Player Experience teams to learn the workflows required to support a modern live game.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Active participation in online communities such as Discord, Reddit, or Twitch.
- Familiarity with social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and X.
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
