About the role#
The Product Marketing Intern will support seasonal campaigns and product stories at the intersection of marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce. This part-time role involves assisting with vendor partnerships, campaign execution, and internal education platforms. You will gain hands-on experience by contributing to initiatives that drive brand impact and business results.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of sponsored marketing programs, including briefing teams and managing asset approvals.
- Compile post-campaign reports to identify feedback and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and distribute coop agreements for vendor signatures.
- Support internal education initiatives through the Menswear Download platform.
- Assist with merchandise logistics and seasonal campaign line-ups.
- Receive, log, and organize incoming product samples using internal tracking systems.
- Coordinate returns and communicate sample status across production and merchandising teams.
- Assist stylists with wardrobe pulls, dressing models, and organizing outfits on set.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, E-Commerce, or Fashion program.
- Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel, and Asana.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to situations quickly.
- Knowledge of the fashion and retail industry is an asset.

- Location: 77 Bloor St. West, Toronto, Ontario.
- Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
