About the role#
Harris Beach Murtha is seeking law students for a 10-week summer associate program in the Boston office. This program is designed for students in the Class of 2028 who are interested in starting their legal careers in Boston.
What you'll do#
Summer associates work on writing and research assignments across various practice areas, including both litigation and transactional law. Each associate is paired with a partner and an associate mentor to provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the program. Mentors also assist in navigating firm culture and identifying opportunities to engage in professional and social activities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a J.D. student in the Class of 2028 at an ABA accredited law school.
- Strong academic credentials, with a preference for students in the top 25% of their class.
- Experience with law journals, law reviews, or moot court is preferred.
- A demonstrated interest in building a legal career in Boston, Massachusetts.
