Office Intern

About the role#

The Office Intern provides support for daily office operations, administrative tasks, and front desk responsibilities. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in a professional office environment, focusing on guest services and internal team support. The role is designed as a learning opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in administration, operations, or human resources.

What you'll do#

• Greet and welcome visitors and employees as the front desk representative during office hours.
• Assist with meeting room setup, clean-up, and the preparation of materials for office meetings and events.
• Track and organize office supplies, assisting with reordering as needed.
• Support the ordering and tracking of PPE kits for new hires under staff supervision.
• Coordinate with office vendors or service providers under guidance.
• Provide general administrative support, including printing, filing, and document organization.
• Handle mail, packages, and correspondence, including pick-up and drop-off.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is considered a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds for supplies and deliveries.
