About the role#
The Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week internship for students pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree. Participants are fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the FICC and Equities Sales and Trading division, which facilitates client transactions in fixed income, equity, currency, and commodity products.
What you'll do#
- Attend orientation to learn about the firm's culture and responsibilities.
- Participate in training programs designed to support career development.
- Work on real responsibilities alongside team members.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships, distributing investment research, and providing market analysis.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- An interest in financial products and markets.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
