About the role#
The Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week internship within the Global Compliance division. This program is designed for students pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree to become fully immersed in the firm's day-to-day activities. The Global Compliance division manages regulatory and reputational risks by ensuring adherence to laws and regulations, monitoring industry trends, and implementing firmwide policies.
What you'll do#
- Attend orientation to learn about the firm's culture, benefits, and responsibilities.
- Participate in training sessions designed to support professional success.
- Take on real responsibilities while working alongside fellow interns and team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or graduate degree program.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
