The Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week internship for students pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree. Participants are fully immersed in day-to-day activities within the FICC and Equities division, which focuses on sales, trading, market making, and risk management for fixed income, equity, currency, and commodity products.
What you'll do#
- Attend orientation to learn about the company culture, benefits, and responsibilities.
- Complete training sessions designed to support professional success.
- Take on real responsibilities while working alongside fellow interns and professionals.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets.
- A willingness to learn.
- Preferred fields of study include Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics.
