Summer Analyst

About the role#

The Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week internship for students pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree. Participants are fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the FICC and Equities (Sales and Trading) division. This role supports clients in buying and selling financial products, raising funding, and managing risk across fixed income, equity, currency, and commodity products.

What you'll do#

• Attend orientation to learn about the firm's culture, benefits, and responsibilities.
• Participate in training programs designed to support professional success.
• Take on real responsibilities while working alongside fellow interns and professionals.
• Facilitate client transactions and maintain relationships through the global sales force.
• Distribute investment research, trading ideas, and market analysis.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Strong interest in financial products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
