Summer Analyst

About the role#

The Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week internship for students pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree. Participants are fully immersed in the firm's day-to-day activities and gain exposure to the Executive Office, which is responsible for setting corporate strategy, preserving firm culture, and managing relationships with clients, shareholders, and the public.

What you'll do#

• Attend orientation to learn about firm culture and responsibilities.
• Participate in training programs designed to support success in the role.
• Collaborate on real projects alongside fellow interns and firm employees.
• Partner with business units to source high-impact opportunities aligned with social and sustainability agendas.
• Assist in safeguarding the firm’s relationships with clients, shareholders, and the broader public.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or graduate degree program.
• Strong interest in corporate strategy and sustainability agendas.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in all orientation and training programs.
• Ability to work effectively on team-based responsibilities.
