About the role#
The Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week internship within the FICC and Equities Sales and Trading division. The program is designed for students to gain full immersion into the firm's day-to-day operations, including making markets and facilitating client transactions in fixed income, equity, currency, and commodity products.
What you'll do#
- Attend an orientation to learn about the firm's culture, responsibilities, and benefits.
- Participate in training sessions designed to support your success in the role.
- Work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and staff members.
- Engage with global sales efforts, including distributing investment research, trading ideas, and market analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelors or graduate degree program.
- Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Experience with financial products.
- Strong analytical skills.
