About the role#
The Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week internship designed for students currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree. Participants are fully immersed in the daily activities of the Investment Banking division, which provides strategic advice and financing solutions including mergers, acquisitions, and risk management.
What you'll do#
- Attend an orientation to learn about the firm's culture, benefits, and professional responsibilities.
- Participate in training designed to foster success in the role.
- Take on real responsibilities while working alongside fellow interns and experienced staff members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or graduate degree program, with a focus on Finance or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated interest in investment banking and financial markets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills.
