About the role#

The Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten-week internship for students pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree. Participants are fully immersed in the firm's daily operations within the FICC and Equities division, which focuses on market making, facilitating client transactions, and managing risk across fixed income, equity, currency, and commodity products.

What you'll do#

• Attend orientation to learn about the firm's culture, responsibilities, and benefits.
• Participate in training programs designed to support professional development.
• Work alongside fellow interns and staff on real, day-to-day business activities.
• Engage with the global sales force to support client relationships, order processing, and the distribution of market analysis and trading ideas.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• A demonstrated interest in financial products and markets.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a professional environment.
