About the role#
This Summer Intern program provides an opportunity for students to gain practical skills and expand their professional networks. This is a full-time, temporary position for a duration of eight weeks. Please note that travel and housing expenses are not provided for this role.
What you'll do#
- Assist with initiatives related to the Small Business Unit, Property rate and valuations, and Condo/AOAO underwriting reviews.
- Perform administrative, analytical, and project-based tasks.
- Review documentation for completeness and assist underwriters with research and project coordination.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or interest in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Accounting.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively with data and spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and work independently.
- Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner.
