About the role#
The Freshforce Distribution & Operations program is a 10-week training initiative designed to prepare individuals for careers in warehousing, distribution, and supply-chain logistics. This program combines classroom instruction with hands-on warehouse experience, providing participants with the technical skills and industry-recognized certifications necessary to enter the workforce.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience while learning technical skills related to material handling and inventory.
- Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks.
- Learn about occupational hazards and practice safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
- Develop employability skills, including effective workplace communication, time management, and professionalism.
- Obtain industry-recognized certifications to support future employment.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Access to reliable transportation for the duration of the 10-week program.
- Willingness to complete a drug screening and background check.
- A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.

- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 13, 2026, to November 23, 2026).
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Modality: On-site.
