Community Operations Intern

About the role#

The Community Operations Intern will support day-to-day community operations across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu to keep the community active and engaged. This role involves planning and executing community events, creating content, and transforming user feedback into actionable insights.

What you'll do#

• Manage daily community operations on WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu by driving conversations and answering user questions.
• Plan and execute events including hackathons, tech talks, and developer meetups from design to on-site execution.
• Create community content and campaign copy while curating high-quality user-generated content.
• Gather user feedback, nurture key opinion consumers, and deliver weekly community metrics reports.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Strong writing skills and fluency with major social platforms.
• Solid understanding of the North American humanoid robotics industry and the Web3 space, including community culture and governance.
• Empathetic, highly organized, and execution-driven work style.
