Summer 2026 Intern - Logistics

About the role#

The Summer 2026 Logistics Internship provides hands-on experience within the Sunnyvale distribution and operations hub. This role partners with the Inventory Control and Supply Chain teams to support operational and analytical initiatives. Interns will gain exposure to warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, and inventory reporting tools while working on projects with clear deliverables and leadership presentations.

What you'll do#

• Assist with inventory tracking, reconciliation, and cycle count analysis to support inventory accuracy.
• Support receiving operations by reviewing workflows and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, or capacity constraints.
• Help document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and scalability.
• Provide project updates and a final presentation summarizing insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain Planning, and Finance to support coordinated execution.
• Build basic reporting in Excel to track key logistics metrics.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel, including pivot tables, basic formulas, and data organization.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply planning.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.

• Location: Sunnyvale, TX (On-site).
• Term: Summer 2026 (June 1 – August 7, 2026).
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week.
