Collectibles Summer 2026 Intern - Business Ops

About the role#

The Business Ops Intern will support growth initiatives focused on non-trading card product categories, including supplies, apparel, and collector accessories. This role provides hands-on experience in strategic analysis, cross-functional execution, and end-to-end product launch processes within the collectibles industry.

What you'll do#

• Support growth initiatives across non-trading card product lines, including supplies, apparel, and accessories.
• Build reports, analyses, and business cases to inform strategic and product decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to manage logistics and execution from concept through launch.
• Research gaps in the current product assortment and evaluate opportunities to expand the SKU roadmap.
• Assist in developing recommendations for new products based on customer needs, market trends, and operational considerations.
• Contribute to end-to-end project coordination to ensure alignment across stakeholders and timelines.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field, with a graduation date of 2026 or later.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Interest in consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools; experience building presentations or dashboards is a plus.
