About the role#
ExaCare AI is seeking a proactive Strategy and BizOps Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports client onboarding, product development, and strategic decision-making. Interns work alongside a team with experience from top-tier consulting and technology firms to help scale operations.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations, team coordination, and process improvements.
- Lead customer calls and assist with onboarding new users.
- Conduct market research and prepare internal and expert reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with the product team to define features and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
- Identify and own special projects focused on improving internal or external processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically.
