About the role#
ExaCare AI is seeking a Strategy and BizOps Intern to support client onboarding, product development, and strategic decision-making. You will work alongside a team with experience from top-tier consulting and engineering firms to help scale operations and improve internal processes.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations, team coordination, and process improvements.
- Lead customer calls and assist in onboarding new users to gather feedback.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitors, and assist with internal and expert reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with the product team to define features, prioritize roadmap initiatives, and help create user stories and workflows.
- Identify and lead special projects focused on resolving internal or external process pain points.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically.
