Technical Recruiting Intern - AI & Automation

About the role#

Eulerity is seeking a Technical Recruiting Intern to support the technical recruiting lifecycle for our AI-driven marketing automation team. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth startup environment, working directly with our recruiting team to identify engineering talent and manage the candidate journey from start to finish.

What you'll do#

• Coordinate interview logistics across multiple roles and hiring teams, ensuring all parties are prepared and on time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Schedule technical screenings and pair-programming interviews aligned with our specific tech stack.
• Aggregate technical assessment scores and synthesize interviewer feedback to ensure consistent evaluation of candidates.
• Learn to source passive engineering candidates using platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
• Develop a foundational understanding of our tech stack to better qualify resumes and assess potential hires.

What you'll need#

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Proactive mindset with a tendency to identify and resolve issues independently.
• Technical curiosity and a genuine interest in software development and the craft of recruiting.
• Pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or Operations Management.

• Term: Summer 2026.
• Modality: Hybrid, based in New York, NY (3 to 4 days per week in-office).
• Employment type: Full-time internship.
• Compensation: Paid position ($15 to $18 per hour).
