Operations Intern

About the role#

Eulerity is seeking an Operations Intern to join our New York office for Summer 2026. This role is designed as a training ground for future Product Managers, treating internal recruiting and operations like a product. You will work closely with leadership to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the candidate experience while learning to scale processes.

What you'll do#

• Proactively source passive candidates for technical and business roles.
• Manage the candidate experience by coordinating interviews and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System.
• Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, drop-off rates, and source effectiveness.
• Build dashboards and reports to present data-backed recommendations to leadership.
• Conduct competitive research on compensation, benefits, and market trends.

What you'll need#

• Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Data Science, Communications, Operations Management, or Computer Science.
• Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including vlookups and pivot tables.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and present findings to executives.
• A deep interest in technology, product development, and business strategy.
• A builder mentality with the initiative to identify and fix broken processes.

Location & details#

• Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, 3-4 days per week in-office).
• Term: Summer 2026, with the expectation to transition to part-time during the academic year.
• Commitment: 30-40 hours per week.
• Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
• Benefits: Lunch credits and in-office snacks.
