About the role#
This internship offers a structured learning experience focused on building technical and commercial knowledge in welding applications. You will work under the guidance of a Professional Engineer and an assigned mentor. The role provides exposure to sales support, customer applications, and product technologies through project-based work and hands-on learning.
What you'll do#
- Complete a structured onboarding and training program to learn about welding and cutting products.
- Work on assigned projects related to welding applications and customer solutions.
- Shadow technical and sales professionals to see how they handle customer engagement and solution development.
- Research and document welding processes and application use cases for internal use.
- Prepare materials and demonstrations, such as Cobot setups, as part of your guided learning.
- Collaborate with team members on short-term projects with defined goals and timelines.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Technical knowledge related to welding applications.
- Commercial awareness regarding customer solutions.
- Research skills focused on welding processes.
- Ability to document application use cases.
- Experience collaborating on team projects.
