The Material Planning and Inventory Intern will support supply chain operations for the Systems and Software business group. This position focuses on driving operational efficiency through data analysis and the development of new processes. The internship is a full-time, paid position scheduled for the Fall 2026 term, running from September 2026 through December 2026.
What you'll do#
- Identify planning methods, tools, and programs to optimize the flow of material and support business requirements.
- Gain proficiency in business system tools, including ERP and MRP, to support operational demands.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and implement process improvements and automation.
- Research industry best practices and utilize data analytics to inform decision-making.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business workflows and key influencers within a global organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, entering your Junior, Senior, or Graduate year.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. Please note that sponsorship is not provided for this position.
