As a Project Management Intern for Aptura, you will support the execution of design, procurement, and construction projects. You will work alongside Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate timelines, organize documentation, and improve operational efficiency. This role provides hands-on experience in project execution while exploring how AI tools and workflow automation can enhance team collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Support client projects from kickoff through completion, including documentation, presentations, reports, and action item tracking.
- Maintain project schedules, meeting notes, and status updates.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Assist with procurement activities, quoting, and administrative tasks.
- Research, test, and support the adoption of technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools and automation, to improve workflows and project outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience using AI tools, workflow automation platforms, or creating and customizing GPTs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a demanding environment.
- Strong interest in digital productivity platforms and emerging technologies that improve team efficiency.
- Prior internship, leadership, campus organization, or project-based experience is preferred.

- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time (approximately 20 hours per week during the school year and full-time during breaks).
- Status: Paid internship.
