    About the role#

    Management Interns participate in an accelerated 9-week program during the summer of 2025. This is a full-time, paid internship designed to provide insight into the transportation industry. Upon successful completion of the program and achievement of their degree, participants will be considered for the Dayton Freight Management Trainee Program.

    What you'll do#

    • Gain knowledge regarding the transportation industry, as well as company policies, procedures, and philosophies.
    • Contribute to the success of the Service Center by learning the function of each position and how it supports the overall company mission.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accredited college.
    • Pursuit of a degree in Logistics.
    • Basic math skills.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts throughout the program.

    • Location: Memphis, Tennessee.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Summer 2025.
    • Compensation: Starting at $23.35 per hour.
    • Benefits: 401(k) plan with company match.
