CSA Group is seeking a Co-op Student to join the Membership and Services team, reporting to the Manager of Operational Excellence. This role focuses on supporting process improvement projects and change management initiatives. You will engage with staff and members to assist in standards development, analyze data, and facilitate meetings. This is a full-time, paid position based in Toronto.
What you'll do#
- Analyze systems and process data to support standards operations.
- Assist with process improvement and change management initiatives, including reviewing data, updating documentation, facilitating internal meetings, and supporting staff training.
- Conduct research and problem-solving to support standards projects and programs.
- Provide administrative support for member programs, services, and events, such as committee weeks and standards conferences.
- Coordinate activities across the broader membership and standards development teams.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least the second year of an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups.
- Proficiency in computer software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation tools.
- Knowledge of process improvement, change management, project management, or standards development is an asset.
- Experience working with volunteers or multi-stakeholder groups is an asset.
- Proficiency in French is considered an advantage.

- Term: Summer 2026 (12-month duration).
