Business Analyst Intern - Fully Remote

About the role#

CoverGo is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join the product team. This role offers hands-on experience in product configuration, data validation, and system management. You will work within a collaborative, international environment, supporting the setup of core insurance products and ensuring smooth delivery metrics across regional markets.

What you'll do#

• Take ownership of setting up and configuring core products.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and engineering teams to understand product specifications and requirements.
• Identify, document, and report any system anomalies or defects during the setup process.
• Assist in managing and triaging reported issues to ensure quick resolution.
• Maintain accurate configuration documentation and support internal workflow improvements.
• Stay informed on updates and features delivered by other teams to understand system interactions.

What you'll need#

• Currently a 4th-year student or a fresh graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, for clear collaboration and reporting.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• No prior technical background or coding experience is required; product setup training will be provided.
