About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the consumer-packaged goods industry through an 11-week program. Interns will work within the Supply Chain Organization, gaining exposure to how various facilities and functions collaborate to support business priorities. The program includes professional development, networking opportunities, and programming designed to build business acumen.
What you'll do#
- Support project work across manufacturing operations, engineering, logistics, and quality.
- Contribute to initiatives involving process improvement, project planning, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with team members to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Share progress, insights, and recommendations with leaders throughout the program.
- Participate in professional development and networking activities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program with at least one semester remaining after the internship concludes.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to relocate to a manufacturing facility or office based on placement.
- A collaborative, curious, and motivated approach to learning.
