About the role#
The Special Events & Hospitality intern will support the Fan Experience and Special Events team at the Xfinity Mobile Arena. This role focuses on the planning and execution of diverse events, including team activities, season ticket member gatherings, staff engagement initiatives, and in-game events.
What you'll do#
- Manage and execute special events within the Xfinity Mobile Arena.
- Partner with Sales departments to support revenue-generating events.
- Coordinate with the creative team to manage print and design requests.
- Work with Direct Marketing to oversee guest invitations and communication processes.
- Assist with additional departmental duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Between 0 and 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
- A commitment to consistent and punctual attendance.
- Strong team collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
