About the role#
The EASE and Infrastructure internship is a year-round position supporting the Enterprise Application and System Entitlements Operations team. You will assist with daily operations for Globex, Clearing, and Co-Location applications. This role focuses on system access, user entitlements, and providing support to internal and external users while maintaining strict security standards.
What you'll do#
- Manage access and entitlements for internal and external users.
- Provide level one troubleshooting and support for applications.
- Respond to customer requests through email, phone, chat, and walk-in channels.
- Assist the team with daily operational tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Ensure sensitive information is secured and distributed only to authorized parties.
- Provide education to customers regarding system usage.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program.
- Academic focus in Computer Science, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or Data Science.
- Ability to work on-site in Chicago at least 3 days per week.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
