The Project Management Office (PMO) team at Clio leads high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to support the company's strategic vision and business growth. As a Project Coordinator Co-op, you will gain visibility into large-scale projects and long-term business strategies while partnering with functional leaders to achieve key goals.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Project Managers on major cross-functional projects and lead smaller initiatives independently.
- Facilitate meetings with project teams to track progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor project components including action items, meeting minutes, decisions, timelines, and risks.
- Draft and maintain project documentation, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools like Asana.
- Prepare regular project status reports to communicate progress.
- Contribute to the development of project management best practices, playbooks, and templates.
- Maintain the Business Operations and project management wiki.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Political Science.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Strong strategic mindset with critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent writing and clear communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools, including Excel, Google Sheets, and Asana.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and capture detailed, accurate notes.
Location & details#
- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia.
- Term: Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 (8-month co-op).
- Modality: Hybrid (minimum two days per week in-office).
- Compensation: This is a paid position with a base pay of $46,000 CAD and 4% vacation pay.
