About the role#

The Matsuoka Lab at the Cleveland Clinic focuses on the genetic mechanisms driving the development of the central nervous system, specifically how organ growth coordinates with blood and lymphatic vascular networks. As a Research Student II Post Baccalaureate, you will participate in a structured learning experience, working alongside research personnel to gain hands-on exposure to laboratory techniques and clinical research procedures. ## What you'll do

• Learn and apply laboratory techniques to support ongoing research projects.
• Record and analyze data related to research experiments and data sets.
• Perform other research-related duties as assigned.

What you'll need#

• An undergraduate degree.
• Current enrollment or acceptance into an accredited college or university as a medical, MA, or MS student (note: this position excludes students in PhD programs).
• This position is not applicable to individuals who have already completed all requirements for a master’s or other advanced degree.
• Previous clinical or laboratory research experience is preferred.

• Location: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, Cleveland, Ohio.
• Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Modality: On-site.
