FP&A Business Intelligence Intern

About the role#

We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Business Intelligence Intern to join our Global FP&A Transformation team. This role is part of the PRIME (Planning, Reporting & Insights Modernisation Environment) programme and offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, data, and business intelligence. You will support global financial reporting systems, ensure data accuracy, and transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights.

What you'll do#

• Analyse and manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
• Maintain and enhance BI models, reports, and dashboards, including work within SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Support month-end processes and deliver consistent, standardised financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve system and data issues to contribute to automation and process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation and trackers to support reporting processes.
• Collaborate with global FP&A and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.

What you'll need#

• A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office capability.
• A strong interest in data, finance, and business intelligence.
• An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAC is preferred.
