FP&A Business Intelligence Intern

About the role#

The FP&A Business Intelligence Intern will join the Global FP&A Transformation team. This role is part of the PRIME (Planning, Reporting & Insights Modernisation Environment) program and focuses on the intersection of finance, data, and business intelligence. You will support global financial reporting systems, ensure data accuracy, and transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.

What you'll do#

• Analyze and manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
• Maintain and enhance BI models, reports, and dashboards, including work within SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Support month-end processes and deliver consistent, standardized financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve system and data issues to contribute to automation and process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation and trackers to support reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with global FP&A and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.

What you'll need#

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong interest in data, finance, and business intelligence.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred.
