The Summer Student will join the Revenue team to assist in reducing the backlog of priority tenant accounts. This full-time, paid position focuses on financial data integrity and preparing documentation for collection processes.
What you'll do#
- Review tenant statements to identify errors or missing adjustments.
- Perform account adjustments, including rent entries, fees, and credits.
- Execute accurate data entry within SAP.
- Prepare comprehensive collection packages, including statements, account histories, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the Revenue team to resolve account discrepancies and clear priority backlogs.
What you'll need#
- Current studies in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- A basic understanding of tenant accounts, including rent, fees, and adjustments.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and work independently.
- Proficiency in data entry and comfort working with systems like SAP.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
