Business Analyst Associate

About the role#

The Business Analyst Associate position is a full-time, two-year rotational program designed to accelerate career growth for early-career talent. As part of the Analyst Development Program (ADP), you will gain hands-on experience through two distinct rotations, working across various strategy, product, and marketing teams. This program provides a foundation in analytical practices, technical skill development, and mentorship from senior leaders.

What you'll do#

• Launch your business career by developing strategic problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication skills.
• Leverage technology, including SQL and Python, to drive data-backed decision-making and solve complex business problems.
• Act as a key decision-maker and business owner, driving recommendations and implementing solutions alongside cross-functional teams.
• Help improve customers' relationship with money by identifying the right products, assessing risks, and optimizing lending practices.
• Build a network of peers, leaders, and mentors to support your professional development.
• Develop hypotheses, create analytical frameworks, and monitor the success of new initiatives.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with completion expected by August 2027.
• Ability to apply analytical skills to impact business challenges.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with colleagues and customers.
• A desire to work in a collaborative environment and take ownership of projects.
