The Corporate Services and IT team at Calgary Airports serves as the bridge between business areas and enterprise systems. This 12-month co-op position involves designing, developing, and supporting critical corporate applications, including business systems, APIs, and automation solutions. You will work alongside stakeholders to deliver technology solutions and ensure reliable information flow across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Develop, configure, and maintain software solutions that support business operations.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
- Support and enhance the corporate website, intranet, and extranet platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain custom-built applications and SaaS solutions by implementing enhancements, resolving defects, and optimizing performance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the efficient functioning of digital services.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields) that requires a work term as a formal curriculum component.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing project needs.
- Knowledge of IT and business processes related to enterprise infrastructure and software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingualism in English and French and enrollment in IT networks or systems-related programs are considered assets.

- Location: Calgary, Alberta.
- Term: 12-month term, starting September 7, 2026.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Compensation: $23.50 per hour.
- Status: Full-time.
