Brilliant Agency is seeking a Business Development Intern to support our team in day-to-day sales operations. This role offers exposure to the agency side of the advertising industry, focusing on family-oriented brands. You will work alongside the New Business Development team to identify prospective clients, build pitch lists, and contribute to the growth of our brand partnerships.
What you'll do#
- Support daily sales responsibilities within the New Business Development team.
- Assist in creating weekly sales presentations for brand partners and internal teams.
- Identify prospective client targets and help build pitch lists.
- Draft campaign copy and research materials to improve your writing skills.
- Utilize platforms including Google Drive, AirTable, HubSpot, TikTok, Instagram, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and CreatorIQ.
- Support the marketing team by maintaining cross-functional relationships and collecting metrics on new business efforts.
- Contribute to industry intelligence by summarizing key findings and trends.
What you'll need#
- Must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Previous office internship experience in marketing or public relations.
- Proficiency in Google Drive.
- Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week during office hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in your time zone).
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.

- Term: Fall 2027.
- Modality: Remote.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship. A monthly reimbursement of $250 is provided for the use of personal equipment and internet.
