Intern (Business Development Team)

About the role#

BowerGroupAsia is seeking a marketing-focused intern to join the Technology business development team. This role supports the execution of marketing strategies, including owned-media management, lead tracking, content production, and research. You will work directly with senior leadership to support a marketing program designed to grow the firm's technology pipeline.

What you'll do#

• Execute web, email, and social media campaigns for thought leadership products.
• Produce and format content for LinkedIn, Pardot, and the company website, including graphics and short-form copy.
• Track Pardot engagement data to identify warm leads and surface follow-up opportunities.
• Map relevant industry associations in Washington, DC for technology clients and prospects.
• Maintain marketing target lists and growth dashboards to track pipeline and engagement.
• Support Salesforce hygiene, including updating contacts and managing lead scoring inputs.
• Draft briefing materials for senior leadership regarding client and association engagements.
• Provide administrative and research support to the Senior Director, Technology.

What you'll need#

• Pursuing or holding a degree in international affairs, communications, marketing, public policy, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in technology policy, the Indo-Pacific region, or B2B professional services marketing.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools like Canva.
• Working knowledge of marketing analytics and experience with platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical policy content into clear copy.
• Ability to work 15-35 hours per week.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
