Human Resources Intern

About the role#

This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment. You will work alongside an HR mentor and cross-functional teams to support core HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and process improvement.

What you'll do#

• Support the HR team with recruiting, onboarding, and administrative projects.
• Assist with maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and supporting compliance-related processes.
• Participate in projects focused on improving HR processes, communication, and the overall employee experience.
• Gain practical experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Deliver a final presentation highlighting your contributions and learning outcomes.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum GPA of 2.776.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Genuine interest in HR, employee relations, recruiting, training, and the manufacturing industry.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
