About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship position based in Spartanburg, South Carolina, for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site within the paint shop environment to support quality assurance operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with quality inspections throughout the paint shop.
- Document quality issues and identify potential solutions.
- Perform testing on painted surfaces to ensure standards are met.
- Support the broader team with daily quality assurance tasks.
- Provide feedback to help improve existing quality processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict quality standards.
- A basic understanding of paint processes and quality control measures.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
