About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. The role is based on-site in Spartanburg, South Carolina, focusing on additive manufacturing processes within the motor vehicle manufacturing industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design and development of additive manufacturing processes.
- Conduct material property tests.
- Support production activities within the additive manufacturing department.
- Document project progress and technical results.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on various projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an engineering degree program, specifically Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Electrical, Computer, Civil, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Understanding of additive manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
