About the role#
The High School Internship program at Banner Health provides professional work experience and industry insight for students interested in healthcare. Interns work under the supervision of a department manager to gain practical knowledge of practices and procedures within their area of study. This is a paid, part-time position scheduled for 20 hours per week over a 10-week term during Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to a variety of roles and functions related to your field of study.
- Participate on work teams and contribute to department-specific initiatives and projects.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on assigned topics.
- Collaborate with team members to provide service to both internal and external customers.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current high school senior in your final year.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- General knowledge related to the department or area of study.
- Proficiency with computers and common software may be required depending on the assignment.
- Additional related education or experience is preferred.

- Location: Banner North Colorado Medical Center, Greeley, Colorado.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $17.00 per hour.
