The Student Enrollment Specialist guides prospective students through the admissions process, helping them transition into a career in aviation maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on managing the student journey from initial inquiry to enrollment. You will work in a goal-driven environment where your ability to connect with people and manage the full admissions cycle is essential to student success.
What you'll do#
- Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Drive the full admissions cycle, including inquiry management, appointment setting, interviews, and application completion.
- Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs, including outreach volume and conversion ratios.
- Follow up with prospective students with persistence and care.
- Represent the Aviation Institute of Maintenance at open houses and community events.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven background in sales or customer service.
- 1+ year of admissions experience in a proprietary educational setting preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one Saturday per month.

- Compensation: Up to $29 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
