The Student Enrollment Specialist manages the full admissions cycle for prospective students. This role involves guiding individuals through their educational journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment, while maintaining a focus on meeting and exceeding enrollment performance indicators. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, Arizona.
What you'll do#
- Connect with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Manage the complete admissions cycle, including appointment setting, interviews, and application documentation.
- Meet and exceed enrollment KPIs, such as outreach volume and conversion ratios.
- Provide consistent follow-up with prospective students to support their enrollment process.
- Represent the institution at open houses and community events.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary post-secondary educational setting is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Human Resources is a plus.
