Configuration Management Co-op - Summer/Fall 2026

About the role#

ARKA Group, LP is seeking a Configuration Management Co-op to join the Engineering department for the Summer and Fall 2026 terms. This role provides an opportunity to gain functional job skills and real-world experience in defense and space manufacturing by supporting engineering efficiencies and data accuracy.

What you'll do#

• Develop, debug, and test middleware for the Windchill PDMLink PLM system and other engineering applications.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and the development of transition documentation.
• Perform data analysis, synchronization, and updates across various repositories, including SAP.
• Solve business problems to support engineering operations and improve accuracy.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Academic or project experience in data analysis, Java programming, and web development.
• Familiarity with complex applications, code debugging, and software testing.
• Technical proficiency in Java, JSON, Excel, VB, XML, and SQL.

• Location: Danbury, Connecticut.
• Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
• Term: Summer 2026 through December 2026.
• Compensation: This is a paid position.
• Requirements: Access to export-controlled information is required. Visa sponsorship is not available. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, credit check, and drug screen.
