About the role#
The Human Resources Intern supports daily HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in core functions. This role is designed for students or recent graduates to build foundational skills in onboarding, recruiting, records management, and training support.
What you'll do#
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation, including material preparation.
- Maintain and organize employee and temporary employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support recruiting efforts by managing job postings, coordinating candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Track and maintain HR metrics such as attendance, turnover, and hiring data.
- Support training and development initiatives through scheduling and recordkeeping.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and participate in special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
