    About the role#

    The American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) is seeking a Marketing Intern to support web development, marketing promotion, and content creation. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and provides an opportunity to contribute to efforts focused on clean energy deployment and grid reliability.

    What you'll do#

    • Draft, edit, and proofread written content, including marketing emails, promotional materials, and social media posts.
    • Assist with drafting and scheduling content for LinkedIn and X.
    • Support event promotion strategies for signature conferences and key organization events.
    • Analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports.
    • Design, refresh, and edit digital graphics, signage, and presentations.
    • Perform administrative tasks and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in marketing, communications, public health, political science, or a related field.
    • Availability to work 15-20 hours per week throughout the fall semester.
    • Solid writing skills, including familiarity with Associated Press style.
    • Visual and graphic communications experience, including proficiency with Canva and the MS Office suite.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and take ownership of projects.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working as part of a team.

    • Compensation: Paid at $19.00 per hour
