About the role#
The People Ops Intern provides operational and administrative support to the People team. This role ensures the execution and control of documentation processes, systems management, record keeping, and internal communications to maintain compliance and efficiency within the department.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and update physical and digital employee files.
- Ensure full documentation compliance for hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation checklists, coordination, and logistics.
- Generate basic operational reports as needed.
- Support the distribution of internal communications and update directories or policies.
- Assist with offboarding processes, contract renewals, and internal audits.
- Coordinate contract signatures and safeguard sensitive information.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or HR-related roles.
- Experience handling documentation and databases.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
